Shingle roofs are most common on the older ranch houses of south Scottsdale and on homes outside tile-only neighbourhoods. Strong sun dries shingles out faster here than in mild climates, and monsoon gusts lift the tabs once they turn brittle. We repair wind damage, replace worn roofs and help you pick a lighter colour that takes on less heat.
A long-lasting, high-quality roof is as dependent on professional installation as it is on superior products. No matter how durable your shingles are, if they blow away because of poor installation they aren’t of much use, so ensure your installation is handled by experienced, trained installers with licensing and insurance. We never cut corners and always treat every project as if it were our own property, so you can trust us to perform all of our tasks with dedication and a commitment to excellence. When our crew is finished with your property, we guarantee you’ll be delighted with the results, and feel completely comfortable recommending our service to friends and family alike.
